Every season Westwood seems to follow her own particular path without much attention to trends or the current fashion norms. She is constantly resurrecting her own shapes from previous collections and reinterrupting them for the modern woman. Her fashion shows can seem a bit jumbled and over the top, but with her it is not about the show, but about the individual garments. Even when she seems to have lost her way she will throw out a beautiful plaid trench coat that is amazingly fresh and new!
I have such a great respect for Issey Miyake because they are constantly pushing the boundaries of fabric, design, and fashion. The texture was so rich in this collection and each piece made me want to touch it and take a closer look. I love how Issey blurs the line between fashion and art and does it so well. 
This collection definitely fell into the weird, but interesting category for Paris Fashion Week. The grey blouse has a lot of merit and could be part of a great suit. And although I like hats and headpieces this number isn't exactly what I am referring too.
I have never been a huge fan of Gaultier, but there was something charming about this collection. The tailoring was superb and that purple jacket somehow appeals to me. However as the collection went on he did kind of stray from the original presentation, but I LOVE those headpieces!
I wait for the Balenciaga show every season to see what Nicholas is going to present and how he is going to reinvent fashion. This collection did not disappoint by any means and he showed a lot of his signature pieces in a more wearable and comfortable manner. I like how he can completely change his direction, but still create pieces that are going to be in every editorial and fashion magazine.

I want these new spring shoes from Urban Outfitters. 
Can you imagine being a model in this show? I guess when you know you have been booked for Viktor & Rolf something like this is bound it happen. I didn't think this collection was that strong from them or that it had much continuity, but some of the detailing was unbelievable and for that reason alone they should be commended. 
I discovered new designer Anna Cohen today while searching through the latest eco-friendly Domino magazine. I love Cohen's classic sportswear with a slight "green" twist of using local and recycled materials such as hemp and organic cotton. A lot of these styles are really fresh and the shapes are beautiful.
